Maltahöhe Hotel

Established in 1907 and operating continuously in its original buildings — the oldest country hotel in Namibia still using its original structure. 24 en-suite double rooms, three family rooms and camping on site. Restaurant and bar. The town of Maltahöhe was itself founded in 1899 and named after the wife of the founding German Schutztruppe officer. Staying here puts you at the junction of routes to Duwisib Castle (72km SW), NamibRand (east) and Sossusvlei (north).
