The restaurant at NWR Hardap Resort has a prime location overlooking the dam. Known specifically for fresh fish dishes — kurper, yellowfish and barbel landed from the dam and served the same day. Open seven days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Worth the 14km drive from Mariental town even if not staying at the resort.
