Klein-Aus Vista is the ideal base for a day trip to Lüderitz (125km, ~1.5hrs) and the ghost town of Kolmanskop (just 10km from Lüderitz). The B4 drive through the Namib — with wild horse stop at Garub — is spectacular. Many lodges arrange guided day tours combining wild horses, Kolmanskop ghost town tour and Lüderitz harbour.
